The Oncology Center at Sichuan Friendship Hospital is designated as the Cancer Prevention and Control Center of Jinjiang District, Chengdu, a Pilot Unit of AAA Management Center of "National Standardized Cancer Screening Promotion and Management Center" Alliance, a Key Clinical Specialty of Jinjiang District, and a National CINV Standard Care Ward, a National Demonstration Ward for Bone Marrow Suppression Management, and a Provincial and Municipal Excellent Ward for Cancer Patient Nutrition Guidance Center. It is a prominent base for medical treatment, education, research, and prevention in the field of oncology in Jinjiang District, Chengdu, and its surrounding areas.
The center comprises three wards with 200 beds, and the department formulates individualized treatment plans for cancer patients based on evidence-based medicine principles, collaborating closely with various clinical departments for multidisciplinary comprehensive treatment.
