Chief Expert in Gynecology, Chief Physician, and Professor
Graduated from the Medical Department of West China University of Medical Science (now West China Medical Center of Sichuan University), Professor Yang previously served as the Director of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Chengdong Branch of Sichuan Provincial People's Hospital. She is a Standing Committee Member of the Gynecologic Oncology Group of the Sichuan Preventive Medical Association, an Outstanding Maternal and Child Health Worker in Sichuan Province, and a Clinical Skills Talent recognized by the Health Commission of Sichuan Province.
With over 30 years of experience in clinical practice, teaching, and research in obstetrics and gynecology, she possesses expertise in gynecologic oncology and minimally invasive surgery. Professor Yang is proficient in performing various gynecological surgeries and has extensive clinical experience in diagnosing and treating gynecological diseases. She is the first female physician in southwestern China to operate the da Vinci robotic system and completed the region's first gynecological robotic surgery.
She excels in surgeries for benign and malignant tumors in the pelvic and abdominal cavities, particularly open or minimally invasive surgeries for cervical and endometrial cancers. She pioneered da Vinci robotic gynecological surgeries and specializes in multidisciplinary surgical cooperation for advanced ovarian cancer, complex vulvar cancer, and deep pelvic endometriosis. She also performs surgeries for pelvic floor dysfunction, such as uterine prolapse (uterine prolapse) and stress urinary incontinence, as well as female intimate plastic surgeries.
