Dr. Peng graduated from a joint master's program between Nankai University and Flinders University in Australia. He is one of the heads of the first batch of National Neurosurgery Development Centers for Capacity Building and Continuing Education under the National Health Commission. With over 20 years of experience in neurosurgery and under the mentorship of Professor You Chao, a renowned neurosurgeon in China, Dr. Peng has become proficient in neurosurgical microsurgery. He excels in the diagnosis, treatment, and microsurgical procedures for intracranial tumors, spinal canal tumors, complex cerebrovascular diseases, and functional disorders. He has extensive experience in performing challenging surgeries such as deep brain tumor resections, complex vascular disease surgeries, microvascular decompression for trigeminal neuralgia and hemifacial spasm, etc. To date, he has accumulated experience in over 1,000 cases of various craniocerebral surgeries.
